| Požadujeme | Candidate must meet following criteria: - Higher education (University education advantageous) - Fluent English language communication skills - Knowledge of 2nd language desirable - Proficient user of MS Office - Knowledge or information technologies and telecommunication technologies - PC literate with experience of a range of software packages |
| Ponúkame | Primarily, you will be responsible for the following: - Coordination of delivery of the company services for the US customers - Coordination of the circuit ordering and delivery with the Access provisioning team - Customer's Kick off call and data verification at the beginning of the project - Ordering and delivery of the hardware - Regular consultation with the customer and status reviewing with the account manager - Preparation and support of the product Test&Turn up - Participation on the circuit, hardware or other troubleshooting - Language support if applicable during T&U - Work shifts : from 10am till 6:30pm or from 3pm till 11:30pm |
